The New Children
This term refers to the Crystal, Rainbow, Indigo and Star children who are classified into these categories depending on certain abilities and ages. The new children are sensitive, psychic and require a special type of parenting, healthcare, education and environments. They are being born in large numbers at this time and are here to heal the planet and humanity. Their role is to raise the vibration of the planet and to help humanity ascend into christed consciousness. They are widely believed to be the wayshowers of the next stage of human evolution.
However you wish to phrase it, these children are special and are being born without the veil that most people have at birth. They are able to remember their life purpose, their past lives and communicate with those in other dimensions. They tend to be sensitive to chemicals/food and negative vibration/emotions and thought and are often misdiagnosed with ADHD, learning disabilities or sent down the psychiatric route. They have much to teach us.
These children were preceded by smaller numbers of special children displaying a lesser degree of their gifts and spanning all of history and all of the world. There are currently adult crystal/star/indigo and rainbow beings who are now parenting these young ones and who have paved the way for them to be birthed fully cognisent. Discovering your individual Life Purpose:
Craniosacral Therapy/Spiritual Healing for the New Children and Adults
Though these children and adults can be categorised according to their physical characteristics, age and gifts, they are all individual with individual needs. Through guided craniosacral therapy and spiritual healing, their individual needs at the level they are currently at and for the situations and issues they are experiencing in the present moment is addressed. Their physical and emotional traumas from the past and present are released and they are aligned with their soul purpose. Their inner knowing is more accessible to them and they can be resourced to be able to function in the physical plane with their highly vibrating energy bodies. They can follow their inner guidance to the foods they need to eat, environments they need to be in and activities they need to undertake without being overwhelmed and needing to escape. The molecular structure of the crystalline body can be adjusted and healed as required to allow them to function unimpeded and to assist in their spiritual development.
For those still in spirit form, waiting for an opportunity to be birthed, it is a huge transition to make, from a highly vibrating realm into physical form. Often parents of these children have difficulty conceiving as the vessel needs to be very pure for the entry of these children. Parents often find that they undergo profound lifestyle and diet changes and find themselves being sensitive to environments or more intuitive than normal, especially after conception. There is a greater sense of awareness of these children before they come in and often cravings and dislikes that are new or different. The child is able to communicate telepathically and direct you to where you need to go or what you need to do that day, or to what they need to be able to come into physical form via your body. THE CRYSTAL CHILD
Sharing many of the clairvoyant and physic abilities of the Indigos, the Crystal Children have not experienced as many conflicts as the Indigos. They have a more loving and peaceful disposition. Generally born since 1995, the Crystals are quite often speech-delayed up to age four.
In addition to delayed speech, insomnia is common among Crystals. Because they are sensitive to energy, they respond well to various energy healing modalities including 5th dimensional. The combination of a diet free of caffeine, white sugar, and chemicals plus an energy healing modality can greatly reduce insomnia in Crystals. Many Crystals are attracted to meditation, which can be an effective tool in calming the energies of these higher vibrating children. Using Feng Shui principles to reduce the energy in the children’s bedrooms can also be very helpful in creating a peaceful and harmonious rest space for Crystals. Conscious creation of an external and internal environment is a key to allowing these wonderful children to unfold to their potential.

As the 20th Century closed, the Crystals began to rise out of the Indigo evolution. Many children born in that period have a blending of characteristics of both Indigos and Crystals. Many people use the term "Cusp Children" to describe these children. One defining physical characteristic is the color of the aura. The Indigos, as their name implies, often have a dark blue aura. The indigo hue of their aura contrasts with the opalescent coloring of the aura of the Crystal Child.
Whether Crystal or Indigo, these children share a strong sensitivity to many impurities in their external and internal environment which can cause allergies and behavior problems. This sensitivity to environmental issues is especially acute in foods. Chemical additives, pesticides, food coloring, hormones and processed foods should be avoided. Organic foods that are as close to the source as possible help to significantly reduce the impact of food on these highly energetic and sensitive children. The highly purified regimen should also extend to the external environment with good Feng Shui principles and a strong awareness to reduction of exposure to EMF pollution.
These gifted children are a treasure and conscious creation of an environment safe from chemicals and other pollutants is paramount. Additionally, a diet free from wheat, corn and dairy, organic or not, may be of great benefit to these children. These gifted children display common traits as defined by some (listed below) that may indicate that the child is an Indigo.

Because these extraordinary children have traits that do not fit the paradigms of past generations of children, they have created challenges for parents, schools, culture, medical science and institutions. Many Indigo children have been labeled as behavior problems. Health:
Often the bodies of these children are like sponges, absorbing environmental toxins and vibrations of others. They are like the canary in the cage, showing us via their sensitivity what needs to change in the world and what is harming us. They are often unable to tolerate modern medications and procedures or even sometimes herbs and alternative therapies. They are highly sensitive to vibration and intention so the person who treats them is as important as the modality used.
The older "new" children (now aged from teenage to late twenties) mostly Indigos, are experiencing increased sensitivity and often anger at the systems put in place by society that they are here to break. As awareness of the children and their purpose is only fairly recently coming to light, they are often confused and overwhelmed by their gifts and their environment and may have been on psychiatric drugs or drugs for ADHD for much of their childhood. These drugs suppress their abilities and the knowing of their soul purpose as well as accumulating more toxins in their bodies. This can result in depression, anxiety and aggression. Even those who have not been suppressed by pharmaceuticals may attempt to shut out their toxic or overwhelming environment by drinking excessively or taking illicit drugs. I find that those who have had a supportive environment from parents who have instinctively known how to meet the needs of their children, may still have some physical symptoms of held toxins or accumulated trauma in their body or be confused in how to deal with some of the psychic experiences they are having, receiving conflicting advice from different people and organisations.
Crystal and Indigo adults are experiencing the same symptoms as the children, often having not experienced these sensitivities to such an extent in earlier years. They are finding their growing sensitivity to their environment and food also correlating to an increased intuition, telepathy and various forms of psychic skills or gifts. They are having a growing sense of discontent in their life and a yearning for living a life more meaningful, searching out and finding their life purpose via the gifts and desires they now experience.
The New Highly Sensitive and Gifted Children The artwork above was channelled for and by the children of the new stream of consciousness. I call them the rainbow crystal stream. They are incredibly pure, empathic and telepathic souls. The painting above called Sanctity represents the soul essence of the children conceived and born in 2010 and 2011. It also contains healing energy to help them sustain their soul vibration or frequency for optimum wellbeing in their physical form. I find that each painting comes into form as the adults at the forefront of spiritual transformation receive the next level of their crystalline structures and ascended vibration. At this point the children being born are arriving already holding this vibration. The characteristics of the children that carry the soul essence represented by this painting is that their bodies behave in a similar way to a quartz crystal. When they are nourished and their needs listened to an understood at a deep level, they transmute all toxins and health issues of their own and of those around them. When they are overwhelmed by their environment or the emotions/physical issues of others, their systems jam up and they are sensitive to a number of foods, environments and actually hold the physical and emotional traumas of others in their bodies instead of transmuting them. Many adults will be finding themselves with similar characters as they move through spiritual transformation and as the number of these children being born increases to effect the overall vibration of earth and all her inhabitants. These children thrive on gentleness. Imposing on their system in any way can have negative effects due the nature of their refined energy which is self healing. Medications, even natural ones and vaccinations can stop their energy fields from self clearing. Resourcing them through nature and listening to their needs allows them to respond therapeutically by releasing unhealthful patterns the way their energetic systems know how.
